Sometimes we get stuck in a rut in our improvising and start playing by default.

Missing opportunities, being too ambiguous, lowering the stakes, rambling, playing the same characters or status, not being changed or not sticking to your guns? These are just some of the ways we ‘play it safe’ in improv.

This workshop will shake it up and get you thinking and playing outside your box! It is time to back ourselves, take the risk, and get Bolder Brasher and Braver!

Workshop length: 3 hours
Recommended experience level: Beginner and up!
Participants need to know: Personal feedback is provided in this workshop however participants can opt for more or less feedback on the day.

Meet Lindsay Drummond (she/her)

Lindsay Drummond is the owner of Australia’s only online improv school Improv Hub. Lindsay teaches a unique selection of ‘in real life’ classes at theatres and festivals locally and overseas. She has a dynamic and fun approach to facilitating improv and students always appreciate her warm and genuine presence.
