COVID Safety
Big Fork Theatre is taking numerous steps to make our in-person activities COVID-safe for our students, audience, performers, coaches and teachers. We will be complying with all Queensland and Federal requirements for our theatre, shows, rehearsals, and classes to operate. We are committed to doing everything we can to make our in-person activities as safe as we can.
Actively working to make our class curriculums COVID-safe
Supply hand sanitiser on entry to participants and audience and regularly cleaning our venue
Ensuring we are taking steps to make our venue appropriately ventilated
Encourage audience and participants to wear masks when they cannot socially distance
Not admit anyone on the day who is unwell or displaying COVID-19 symptoms or is required to isolate.
As part of our commitment to COVID-safety all students, performers, audience, coaches, teachers and staff are required to abide by COVID-19 policy as part of our Code of Conduct. This includes:
Wear masks when they cannot socially distance
Not attend shows, classes, or any other Big Fork Theatre activity while experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or when required to isolate. If anyone arrives unwell or displaying COVID-19 symptoms they will be required to leave.
Practice hand hygiene by thoroughly washing hands or using the provided hand sanitiser on arrival and throughout attendance at Big Fork Theatre as needed
For students, performers, coaches, teachers and staff, provide proof of vaccination (find out more about how to provide proof of vaccination here)
